Yes, you have seen that right. This is not a new concept or theory that I am going to talk about. First was sky is the limit then the sky is not the limit and here I add Mars is an option. Maybe some days later someone will say Saturn is the possibility or Jupiter is the new sensation.
These sentences are in both ways correct; in a figure of speech or reality. I am the guy who thinks this will be the reality in near future but I am not the guy who will say "how much time do we have to wait for that reality".
Human imagination doesn't have any boundary so talking about a limit for which has no boundary that would be kind of crazy. The guy who put the limit to the sky, we may consider his knowledge is limited to earth not above or outside of it. If someone says Mars is an option, then his limit of thinking till Mars is not beyond that. If we consider that, don't go to the actual meaning, go for a sense of sayings, that anything is possible then why we are still using the same sentence now and then.
Human has the unique thing of adaptability that no other species has. The human generation has crossed many catastrophes such as natural and artificial. Earth is at the door of great danger such as global warming, ecological degradation, natural calamities, etc. But as the old sayings human has stopped at the sky. For example, if global warming tops at its level, then most of the earth will go underwater, but for me, humans will adapt to the situation so well and may live in another kind of way that is invisible to many. Human doesn't put any effort into this. When the situation will go worse I think humans will find a way like in Covid19. Human has the unthinkable quality of problem-solving as for my little brain, if the sea will rise by three meters then like the Netherlands every sea-facing country will make dyke to save their country. I don't know the consequence of it now but at least I have a vision and think about consequences when I will act upon my vision.
So don't worry about the future, the future will make its way. Time changed so I want to say we don't have to put limitations on our imagination but humans don't see anything without a goal. So for this, you have to set your limit from time to time. Please don't comfort yourself in a single space for a long time. Keep progression, enlarge your vision and make limitless your imagination.
